Join farmer, actress, and cook, Tannis Kowalchuk, and her assistant, Jess Beveridge for a song-filled cooking class that explores the origins of cooking, how food is grown, family recipes, with four demonstrated recipes that focus on the joy of cooking seasonal vegetables and healthy regional food.
