Senior Social Dance Series
Our Senior Social Dance Program is a fun way to stay active and learn some new dance moves in a relaxed and social setting!
During these 60-minute low-impact sessions, you’ll be guided through the basic steps of ballroom and Latin dance styles. Don’t worry if you have no previous dance experience – everyone is welcome! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Water will be provided.
