Join the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce and new member – River House on Saturday, November 23^rd, 2013 from 1-4 pm (1:30pm Ribbon Cutting).  Co-owners, Alex Johnson and Daryl Kroken host the Grand Opening of their retail store, River House.

Fast becoming the go to store for affordable gifts, River House is now their springboard for interior and clothing design. The new large location affords studio space designing a variety of product including specialized clothing to oven mitts to the launching of their new line of teddy bears called reBear. reBear is a green product that turns your recycled sweaters into 14" tall teddy bears. Remember. Recycle. Regenerate. reBear. 

River House also features art from five local artists ranging from fiber arts, photography and painting. Come and meet Carol Smith, artist in residence, and view her abstract paintings. Terry Wolf will feature photography taken of Bethel in both black and white and in color. Judy Beck will show her one of a kind wearable art pieces call Scrumbling. Brock Lady’s talent for capturing faces of artists we all recognize in acrylic will also be present.

Chris Foster will launch two lines of products that will be available at River House. Mina’s Green Clean are natural organic cleaning products that are used in his own commercial and residential cleaning business in NYC. His second line of products, Foster My Body, are sulfate free with essential oils. Both product lines were carefully researched and created in the response to the need for natural, green and non-toxic care for your home and your body.

Music will be provided by Little Sparrow featuring Carol Smith. Food will be provided by local chef and caterer, Keith Matthews. Daryl and Alex will offer a free gift with purchase during the Grand Opening of River House from 1-4 pm on Saturday November 23^rd, 2013.  There is no other store in Sullivan County like River House!
