Group Reiki w/ Elenie

In this 1 hour Group Reiki experience, you will be held in a gentle healing energy. The session will begin with a head-to-toe body scan and guided meditation so you can sink deep into relaxation. Followed by focused Reiki Energy and Aura Cleansing with tuning forks to clear energetic blockages, restore balance and harmony within the physical, emotional, and spirit body, while also allowing you to experience subtle sensations of the body. Overall, this experience will help improve stress management and mental well-being. This class is limited to 7 participants.

Meet Elenie, a modern mystic, energy healer, and spiritual mentor.  She is the owner and founder of Intuitive Insights with Elenie, LLC. Based out of Roscoe, NY--where wellness is her main focus. Elenie's goal is to help others along their spiritual, emotional healing, and mindfulness journey. Elenie is certified as a Reiki Master, Chakra & Crystal Healer, Sound Healer, self-taught Tarot Reader with a nursing background of 11 years of experience. The combination of these skill sets has allowed Elenie to create unique methods to promote and restore balance and harmony for the mind, body, and spirit.
