Everyday Healthy Cooking Class

Everyday Healthy Cooking Class Starts on 9/28
 
MONTICELLO -   The Adult and Continuing Education Program at Sullivan BOCES is offering an Everyday Healthy Cooking class on Wednesday, September 28^th, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Rubin Pollack Education Center in Liberty NY in the Culinary Arts Kitchen. The cost is $30 plus $15 materials fees.
 
Tired of fast food?  This class will focus on preparing recipes using healthy ingredients.  Healthy eating does not have to be boring, bland or gritty.  Menu selections can be prepared in a way that is healthy, nutritious and fun.  Students will work together to prepare soups, salads, and entrees.  Please dress appropriately (hair must be tied back and wear closed-toe shoes) and bring an apron for participation.
