CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES - The New Law and Your Business.
 
Last year, a law was signed that requires merchants that impose a credit card surcharge fee to post prices inclusive of the surcharge fee. This law went into effect on February 11, 2024.

The Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce will host a webinar presented by the Division of Consumer Protection at the NYS Department of State to review and discuss how businesses can learn how to comply with the law.

Participants will be allowed to ask questions during Q&A following the presentation.
