Conover Club Presents: The Global Gourmand New Years Eve Spectacular

Conover Club will host a special New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration in the Western Catskills of Sullivan County. Located within Callicoon Hills in Callicoon Center, guests will enjoy a spectacular evening that will bring them back to the golden ages of gastronomy as they sample interpretations of the best from around the globe. In order of time zones, starting with those that ring in the New Year first, diners will work their way across the world; starting in Japan and traveling west until finding themselves where they are today, Callicoon Center, NY. Join this culinary adventure across time and place, as a celebration of the past, present, and future through global gastronomy. The evening begins with a cocktail hour from 7 PM-8:30 PM with raw bar, snacks and passed appetizers. Guests will then enjoy a six-course seated meal at 8:30 PM with dishes such as saffron risotto (Italy) and a blanquette of scallops (England). Dinner includes drink pairings and ends with a champagne toast and bell ringing at midnight. From 12 AM-2 AM, there will be plenty of revelry (and a cash bar). (Individual or group tables available.)
