A flower-themed vegetarian cheeseboard: learn how to create a beautiful and delicious board filled with flowers to resemble a spring garden!

If you’ve ever wondered how to turn provolone into a rose, this is the class for you! This class focuses on presentation with an emphasis on garnishing.

About the instructor:

Melissa is the owner and head chef of Milk & Honey Cookery. She trained with Henning Nordanger of Henning’s Local and ran a high-end Italian cheese-focused restaurant in Virginia Beach. She brings a deep knowledge of cheese and its making process as well as food styling and preparation.
