LIBERTY RISING, a volunteer community organization and the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to bring entertainment back to Main Street, Liberty with a July 4th Celebration in the tradition of previously held festivals.
The fun begins at 10 am and concludes with fireworks starting at 9:15 pm.
We look forward to seeing you all there!
DATE: Friday, July 4th, 2025; 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Parade begins at noon.
RAIN DATE Saturday July 5th, 2025.
ELIGIBILITY: This Festival is open to all vendors, artisans, antique dealers, and non-profits. Sponsors reserve the right at registration to refuse an admission due to duplication.
Registration is due by Friday, June 6, 2025. All vendor spaces must be paid in full by June 27, 2025.
SPACE & FEES: Vendor spaces are located on or just off N. Main St. Vendor spaces are approximately 20’X10’ (Limited number of 10’x10’ spaces available) No refunds & all assignments are final. Please stop at the police barricade located at either entrance to the festival to be given your space assignment. Stop at Chamber’s booth in front of LaPolt Park for information.

SET UP TIME: Begins at 7:00 am Vehicles must be cleared by 9:30 am. Vendor parking is available in the municipal parking lot on School Street.
REGULATIONS: Vendors must remain and have a representative throughout the festival hours. Vendors are responsible for the set-up, protection, storage, and removal of display. CANOPY TENTS, TABLES & TABLECLOTHS ARE REQUIRED. No displays are permitted from boxes on the ground. Only quiet generators in approved locations will be allowed. No onsite electric is available. Food vendors must provide garbage cans and CLEAR liners. It is summer and could be very hot. We ask you leave your pets at home. Sales end promptly at 4:00 pm. All vendors must be cleared to allow street to be reopened at 5:00 pm.
