2024 Liberty 4th of July
4TH OF JULY PARADE, FIREWORKS SHOW, ENTERTAINMENT, ARTISANS & CRAFTERS
MAIN STREET LIBERTY NY
LIBERTY RISING, a volunteer community organization and the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to bring entertainment BACK to Main Street, Liberty with a July 4th Celebration in the tradition of previously held festivals.
The fun begins at 10am and concludes with fireworks starting at 9:15pm. We look forward to seeing you all there!
IMPORTANT PLEASE READELIGIBILITY, VENDOR SPACE and SET UP/BREAK DOWN TIME: The festival is open to all vendors, artisans, antique dealers, and non-profit organizations. Vendor registration is due by July 3, 2024. Vendor spaces are located on and off Main St. Spaces are 20’x10’ with a limited number of 10’x10’ spaces available.
Setup time begins at 8:00am and all vehicles must be cleared by 9:30am. Sales end promptly at 4:30 and all vendors must be cleared to allow the street to reopen by 5:30pm. No refunds and all assignments are final.
Please stop at the police barricade located at either entrance to the festival to be given your space assignment. Stop at the Liberty Rising/Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce booth in front of LaPolt Park for any additional information.
TAXES & PERMITS: Required taxes and permits, including NYS Dept. of Health are the responsibility of each vendor. Permits must be displayed onsite at all times.
REGULATIONS: Vendors must remain and have a representative throughout the festival hours. Vendors are responsible for the set-up, protection, storage, and removal of displays. Display tables are required and displays solely from boxes on the ground are not permitted. Onsite electric is not available however, quiet generators will be permitted in approved locations. Food vendors must provide garbage cans with liners.
